She brings over a decade of clinical experience to every patient interaction, combining the sharp diagnostic instincts developed in trauma medicine with a genuine commitment to understanding each patient as an individual.

As Director of Patient Experience, Tera oversees all patient-facing operations and leads our clinical care team. From the first interaction to ongoing support, she ensures every touchpoint feels personal, comfortable, and never rushed. Her patients don't feel like a number, because to her, they never are.
